Withdraw from a contract, or cancel it

Cancel a paid Giglogik subscription here, or withdraw from it. Signed in, cancelling is one press. Without signing in, send us your request below.

  • Withdraw: as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of starting a paid plan, without giving a reason. The subscription ends at once, and we pay back what you paid for the days after your withdrawal, to the card you paid with, within 14 days.
  • Cancel: the subscription ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Every band on it goes to Free that day and keeps all its data.
