Terms of service

These terms govern the use of GigLogik, provided by Pillipoisid OÜ, kallepilli@gmail.com. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to them. The privacy policy explains how personal data is handled and is part of these terms.

The service

GigLogik is a planning tool for bands: gigs, line-ups, availability, substitutes, setlists, attachments, and a simple overview of fees. It does not make bookings, hold money, or pay anyone. What a band agrees with a venue or a musician is between them.

Accounts

• You need a working email address. Sign-in is by magic link; keep your mailbox secure.
• You are responsible for what is done under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

Bands, roles, and data you enter about others

• A band's Owner holds its subscription and can transfer ownership. Managers run the band's gigs and line-ups. Technicians manage technical information. Members play.
• When you add a substitute contact or invite someone, you confirm you may share their details with the band for that purpose. Substitutes can opt out at any time, and that choice is binding on the band.
• Do not upload content you have no right to share. Attachments are private to the gig and the people on it.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no harassment, no attempts to reach data that is not yours, no automated scraping, no reselling the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions and billing

• Every band starts on the Free plan. The Pro plan is a per-band subscription billed by Stripe; the price and limits are shown on the band's Billing page before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period.
• If a payment fails you keep Pro for 14 days. After that the band becomes read-only until payment resumes: nothing is deleted, and members can still answer their gigs.
• Refunds follow the consumer law that applies to you. Contact us if something went wrong.

Availability and calendars

Availability in GigLogik is advisory. Connecting a calendar shares busy windows only, as described in the privacy policy, and you can disconnect at any time.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breaches. On termination we delete or anonymise your data as set out in the privacy policy.

Liability

GigLogik is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we are not liable for a missed gig, a lost fee, or other indirect loss arising from the use of the service, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
